CANCELATION POLICY
– 15 Days or More Before Arrival: No cancellation fee applies.
– 14 to 8 Days Before Arrival: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total stay cost will be charged. The advance deposit is non-refundable.
– 7 Days or Less Before Arrival, Non-Shows, or Early Departure: A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total stay cost will be charged. The advance deposit is non-refundable.
RESERVATION GUARANTEE REQUIREMENTS
– A confirmed reservation requires a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the stay.
– To confirm your reservation, the bank transfer must be completed within 4 days.
PAYMENT METHODS
– Advance payment is accepted via bank transfer or PayPal.
